Here are some of our most common questions and the answers.

 

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Most orders will ship the same day as ordered, when ordered before noon. Orders placed after noon will ship the following day. We do not ship on Sundays and certain holidays.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Once you place your order and it has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Q. How do I determine my size for Ooh la la apparel?

A. We have an instruction page for measuring your body along with a size chart, under About Sizing.

Q. How can I cancel or change my order?

A. If you would like to change or cancel an order once it has been placed please email us at info@oohlalababe.com. Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled.

Q. How can I make a return or exchange?

A. Returns and exchanges are easy. Simply email us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you with your exchange. If you would like to return an item please follow the instructions in our return policy.

Q. What can I do if I received a damaged item?

A. You may contact our customer service department at info@oohlalababe.com for assistance. You will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item.

Q. When will I receive my refund?

A. All refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your return. Your bank may take several days to post the amount to your account.
